The Set. Studio Policies & Terms of Use
By booking, entering, or using The Set., operated by Set Theory Marketing LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, & agreed to the following policies & terms. These policies apply to all guests, clients, photographers, creators, vendors, & anyone attending or participating in a session at The Set.
Payment & Responsibility
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By booking The Set., you agree to be financially responsible for any additional charges incurred during your session, including but not limited to damages, excessive cleaning, overtime, unauthorized use, policy violations, or unpaid balances. Set Theory Marketing LLC reserves the right to charge the payment method used at booking or invoice for any applicable fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24+ hours prior to the scheduled booking may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge. Any additional changes or reschedules may be treated as a cancellation & subject to applicable fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the booking total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total.
We understand emergencies & unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us directly. We will always do our best to accommodate when reasonably possible.
Booking Timing & Access
Your reserved session time includes setup, teardown, cleanup, loading, unloading, & exit time. Please plan accordingly & exit the studio within your reserved timeframe. Overtime may result in additional charges.
Online bookings close 24 hours prior to each session. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on studio availability. Please text or call us directly for urgent or short-notice requests.
Access instructions, entry information, & any additional details will be provided prior to your session. Access information may not be shared with non-approved individuals.
Studio Use & Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the studio, furnishings, equipment, props, backdrops, walls, & shared spaces with care & respect. Furniture may not be dragged across floors. Any temporary setups, hanging materials, styling installations, or alterations must be done carefully & removed before the end of the booking. Smoking, illegal substances, open flames, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or any materials that may damage or excessively dirty the space are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
Guests are expected to follow all posted studio guidelines, instructions, & operational rules displayed within the space. These may include furniture handling, cleanup procedures, equipment care, setup instructions, & other studio-specific policies intended to protect the space & create a positive experience for all guests.
Please be respectful of neighboring businesses, shared spaces, & surrounding areas.
Cleaning
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. This includes disposing of trash, returning props & furniture to their original locations, removing personal items, & cleaning up any excessive mess created during the session. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the studio requires excessive cleaning, repairs, or resetting after your booking.
Damages, Theft & Liability
The booking party assumes full responsibility for all guests, vendors, equipment, & activity occurring during the reservation timeframe. Any damages, theft, missing items, or misuse of the studio, furniture, props, equipment, or property during the session are the responsibility of the booking party.
The Set. & Set Theory Marketing LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, equipment, or belongings brought into the studio. Guests assume all risks associated with use of the space.
By booking The Set., you voluntarily release & hold harmless Set Theory Marketing LLC from liability for injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the studio space.
Security & Privacy
Security cameras are in use in exterior & back entrance, hallway, & office entry areas. No cameras are located within the main studio space or private areas.
A restroom is available for changing & outfit preparation. Please use designated private spaces appropriately. The studio is located along a public street, & while window coverings are provided, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed at all times. Guests are encouraged to use discretion during sessions.
Memberships, Packs & Member Access
Memberships, studio packs, discounted rates, & member access are intended only for approved members of The Set. List. Account access, booking privileges, discounts, & member information may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by non-approved individuals.
Set Theory Marketing LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke member access, memberships, discounts, or booking privileges at any time for misuse, policy violations, unauthorized sharing, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with studio policies.
Policy Updates
Set Theory Marketing LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of The Set. constitutes acceptance of the most current policies & terms.
